Lenovo ThinkPad E15: Best Laptops 2021

Most Lenovo products are pretty small and well packaged. So this is a 15.6-inch laptop it is Intel-powered so the first thing you'll notice is the accessories first it's usually written a 65-watt adapter. A little bit of documentation like most Lenovo products has, that can help you set it up and so forth it's pretty self-explanatory. This is the 10th generation Intel CPU in here so this feature is an i7. It's an 1165 g7 processor so it's the latest 10th generation it gives us 2.8 gigahertz and a 4 cores.

It is all black. We've got a more traditional network port so if you want to plug it into a cable to get Ethernet and you've got USB and on the other side what we've got is the USB HDMI and a headphone jack the back is plastic and it does feature some speakers on top and the rest is for ventilation. When you order them different SKUs have different sizes so this particular unit has 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD drive and 16GB of memory. Now when you order one you may be able to find some with less memory with more memory. So, you have to look at what you're purchasing don't just take it for granted because this is an E15.

From inside most of the Lenovo laptops, the keyboard is very soft I love these keyboards I do a lot of typing I think it's one of the better keyboards. It's a full-size keyboard with the whole numbers on the side there so, you've got a fingerprint reader and you'll find a regular trackpad as per the legacy IBM products they also have the little joystick in the middle that you can move the mouse with around and some love that if you don't like it you can ignore it and use the trackpad on the bottom. Then you'll find the standard camera for webcamming and for zooming and so forth which is a 720p HD webcam. It's relatively light and the top appears to be metal and the bottom appears to be plastic. The screen is 15.6inch features a 1920x1080 resolution one thing that I forgot to mention earlier is that this is a touch screen so you'll be able to click on things simply using the screen it's a great feature.

The screen is very good it doesn't reflect too much light so it should work well in a light environment and work very well in darker environments as well. The benchmark as you can tell here, the CPU is fairly good giving you a base of 2.8 gigahertz and turbos to 4.2 and the other thing is it's using a Samsung 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD, it's faster than the typical older SSD drives. The memory is micro the result of this user benchmark is showing that it is close to a desktop speed. It's not a gaming laptop, not specifically designed for it. This will be great for web browsing, office applications using normal applications in light gaming so if you're going to go into the heavy-duty games then you probably want to get a desktop with a real GPU. This is a well-designed easy to carry and overall good workhouse for you.
